Ecclesiastes 3:1 “To every [thing there is] a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven”

Mark 5:25-36 “And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years
(26) And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse (27) When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment. (28) For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole.”

I. To Everything, There is a Season
a. Seasons=Set Times
b. Divine Orchestrated/God Appointments

Seasons ⇒ Cycles ⇒ Circles ⇒ Eternal

II. Because God Created ALL Things= They Stay on Course and Work For Good
a. An example is your “watch”
i. What helps the watch to keep “time” is the spinning of the circles that work together
b. God controls the seasons and circumstances
i. They are never out of control
ii. He makes ALL things work together
1. Ephesians 1:11 In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:
iii. God moved and then created the evening and morning and it was the 1st Day
iv. But GOD existed before the 1st Day

III. Time was for Man
a. We have to trust God for His cycles/circles
b. Everything He has promised you= It’s only a matter of time
c. The time is given to us to measure purpose

Psalms 1:1-3 “Blessed [is] the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful……..”

1. Prosper (Hebrew) means…
a. To push forward
b. To profit
c. To produce in life
2. Prosperity = “whole” living
a. To be rich in your mind
b. To be rich in your emotions
c. To be rich in your spirit

IV. You Cannot Be Filled With The “Creator” (God) and Not Be Creative
a. Most of us were not developed properly and were reared in…
i. Drama
ii. Brokenness
iii. Dysfunction
b. However, its God’s will for us to be in a…
i. Calm place
ii. Secure place
iii. Joyful place
c. He wants us to have abundant life and to be “whole” or “normal”
i. Whole=
1. to save, keep safe and sound or to rescue from danger or destruction

V. The Woman with an “Issue”
a. It was “her” time
b. She was not going to miss her God moment
c. She had come “full cycle”
d. She started as a…

Luke 8:45-48 “45And Jesus said, Who touched me? When all denied, Peter and they that were with him said, Master, the multitude throng thee and press thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me? 46And Jesus said, Somebody hath touched me: for I perceive that virtue is gone out of me. 47And when the woman saw that she was not hid, she came trembling, and falling down before him, she declared unto him before all the people for what cause she had touched him, and how she was healed immediately. 48And he said unto her, Daughter, be of good comfort: thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace.”

The fruit that was evidence of her position as a daughter was wholeness…

1. Wholeness= To Be Spiritually, Emotionally and Mentally Sound
a. Without fragmentation
i. Fragmentation= to be detached or broken off, to fall into pieces or to be incomplete
b. Free from deformity
i. Deformity= a change of shape or form through stress or injury
ii. Where life events/experiences have pressed you out of shape
1. You are emotionally reactive
2. You are mad and you don’t know why
3. You turn mole hills into mountains
2. Statistics Say That Most People Live in a State of “Frustration”
a. Less then 30% of people report being “deeply” happy
b. 25% of Americans and 27% of Europeans claim they are “depressed”
i. The World Health Organization predicts that by the year 2020 “depression” will be 2nd only to heart disease in the term of global burden of illness

True happiness and wholeness is a state of peace and well-being that is NOT dependant on external circumstances…

Philippians 4:11-13 (Amp) “11Not that I am implying that I was in any personal want, for I have learned how to be [a] content (satisfied to the point where I am not disturbed or disquieted) in whatever state I am. 12I know how to be abased and live humbly in straitened circumstances, and I know also how to enjoy plenty and live in abundance. I have learned in any and all circumstances the secret of facing every situation, whether well-fed or going hungry, having a sufficiency and enough to spare or going without and being in want. 13I have strength for all things in Christ Who empowers me [I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him Who infuses inner strength into me; I am [c] self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency].”

VI. Paul Found True Happiness
a. We don’t need to manipulate the world around us to make us happy
b. Live “from” happiness instead of “for” happiness
i. This flows from your wholeness
ii. Out of your relationship with Jesus, you regain the ability and courage to experience love and life with others

VII. Be Responsible and Grow From Life Experiences
a. Take P.R. (personal responsibility)
i. Responsibility= your ability to respond
1. When you cannot change an event, you CAN change how a response
b. Take ownership for what you are responsible for
i. Stop complaining
1. Feeling sorry for yourself
ii. Stop blaming
1. Blaming our circumstance or others for our pain and problems
2. Making excuses or falsely justifying
a. This makes you give away your personal power and remain victimized
iii. Stop shaming
1. When you turn blame to yourself
a. Guilt= “What I’ve done”
b. Shame= “Who I am”

Romans 8:1 (Amp) “1THEREFORE, [there is] now no condemnation (no adjudging guilty of wrong) for those who are in Christ Jesus, who live [and] walk not after the dictates of the flesh, but after the dictates of the Spirit.”

VIII. Issues have to do with “Stuff” that Runs within Us
a. Issue (greek) = to flow or to run, or a current
i. Issue (Webster’s) = a discharge, something coming forth from a specified source
ii. The outflow of an internal problem
1. What’s in you, will ultimately come out of you
b. Current = the strongest part of the stream
i. Issues have to do with
c. There are many people dealing with issues that rule their life
i. They sit in silent frustration and shame
ii. They fuel a “behavior” that helps alleviate their relational pain and isolation
1. There is a difference being “being” and “doing”
2. Who can say they have never had any hypocrisy at all?

IX. Holiness is a Life Long Pursuit
a. Holiness = purification (root = to make holy or consecrate)
i. The state of purity
b. Consecrate = to fill, or to fill up the hands
i. You don’t get filled, until you are emptied

So when God brings you “full cycle”, into your moment, you have to come to your end for His beginning….

X. Woman with the Issue of Blood
a. No health
b. No help
c. No money
i. Her issue had gone into overtime
1. Her issue was continual
2. Her issue isolated her from pivotal relationships
3. Her issue humiliated her
4. Her issue depleted her of resources
d. She spent and was nothing better
i. Spent = to expend or to devour (an expense that is consuming)
ii. Not Better = no benefit, not useful or advantageous

The answer = Jesus. When the woman got a touch from God she was healed an came “full cycle”
