So many times people say to me “I pray and I pray, and yet God doesn’t answer my prayers. How am I to have faith when He doesn’t hear me?”

Yes, it IS challenging to have patience and wait for God’s answer. Patience isn’t one of my virtues either. And yet, time after time, God has proven to me that He DOES answer prayers and of course I know He always listens. The sound of children’s laughter filled the San Antonio Municipal Auditorium grounds this past weekend, as thousands came to our first Back to School Bash of the season. I love the sound of happy children, and they were so excited to get their backpacks full of school supplies, sneakers and haircuts. Not to mention the icy fruit flavored popsicles that brought a smile to children young and old!
