Paula White Ministries supports Master’s Touch Ministries Global, bringing the Gospel to the 10/40 Window of the World -- the spiritually and economically impoverished region of the globe extending from 10 degrees to 40 degrees north of the equator, where over 82% of the people are also the poorest in the world.
Children and Dr. Bailey Paula White Ministries is partnering with Master’s Touch Ministries Global to provide humanitarian relief and the Gospel message to impoverished countries located within the “10/40 Window” – a rectangular region that spans across countries from western Africa to eastern Asia, and is home to over 82% of the world’s poorest people.
Missions While every major non-Christian religion is headquartered in the 10/40 Window – Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism, and a variety of indigenous religions, as well as millions of people whose beliefs are unaccounted for – most of the people in this region will never have a chance to hear the Gospel without missionary intercession.
Dr. Bailey declaring liberty to Arab women A 1990 study of the 10/40 Window countries – which include over 50 countries including Afghanistan, Algeria, Cambodia, China, Cypress, Egypt, Eritrea, Gambia, Greece, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Pakistan, Philippines, Sudan, Syria, Turkey, and Vietnam – found that in the densely populated window, where roughly two-thirds of the world lives:

- 82% of its inhabitants fall into the category of the poorest of the world’s poor (per capita GNP less than US $500 per year)
- 84% of its inhabitants suffer from the world’s lowest quality of life (life expectancy, infant mortality and literacy)
- It is the hub of the world’s major non-Christian religions (Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism)
- It is home to close to 100% of the world’s inhabitants who are both most-poor and have the least access to Christian resources
- It is the region of the world that has received the least Christian resource investment, and the least sharing of the Christian message
Missionary Patricia Bailey with Bible Paula White Ministries has partnered with Master’s Touch Ministries Global and its founder, Dr. Patricia D. Bailey, to minister to this region with the Gospel and practical survival needs. With PWM’s support, says Dr. Bailey, “we can provide clean water to villages…educate our Palestinian children in the Jordan refugee camps…provide humanitarian relief for the refugees of Western Sahara who have been stranded in the scorching desert for several years…these are just a few examples of some of the outreaches that MTM is committed to.”
Patricia Bailey spreads the Gospel Additionally, PWM’s support enables MTM to continue to train world-wide leaders for Christ through its Global Impact Leadership Training Center, which offers an on-site six-month intensive training program designed to “equip stateside leaders and foreign nationals in Apostolic Missions by using a ‘hands-on’ and ‘how-to’ training method,” says Dr. Bailey. “Students learn 21st century strategies for global and local outreach from the leading apostolic generals in our time.” Students with Bishop Eddie Long
Paula White Ministries continues to impact the world for Christ while transforming lives, through these and other global missions initiatives!
