"Paula Today" Impacts the Muslim World on TBN Nejat TVMonday, May 21, 2007 Paula White Ministries continues to expand its television broadcast ministry’s mission to bring the good news of Jesus Christ to the world through the “Paula Today” broadcast, as it begins airing four times weekly on the satellite initiative, TBN Nejat TV.
The Nejat TV Project’s mission is:
Nejat TV was founded by Pastor Reza F. Safa, who was born and raised as a devout Shiite Muslim in Iran, and whose own conversion to Christ as a young man caused his father to disown him, and his mother to attempt to have him admitted to a mental hospital. “I lost almost everything dear to me, but God’s grace was more than sufficient,” says Reza. Pastor Reza is the founder and president of the Harvesters World Outreach, and worldwide evangelistic and healing ministry. For almost 20 years, Reza has held crusades and Pastors’ conferences in nearly 50 countries. People of all religions, especially from Muslim and Hindu backgrounds, have turned to Christ through these outreaches. In May of 2003, after 5 years of continual prayer for broadcasts into the Middle East, HWO began to air programming into Iran and around the world via satellite. Since then, a steady flood of calls and emails have come in to the ministry on a daily basis from Persian-speaking people who want to accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. |
